Removable partial denture restoration using single implant supported with Locator attachment in a crossed occlusion patient: a case report

چکیده
무치악 부위에 임플란트(Implant)를 이용함으로써 국소의치 의 불안정성으로 야기되는 문제점을 줄여줄 수 있다. 특히 가 장많은움직임을보이는Kennedy Class I과 II 증례에서후방치 조제에 임플란트를 사용하게 되면 안정과 유지를 얻을 수 있 고, 의치의 움직임과 연관된 부자연스러움을 줄여줄 수 있으 며효율적으로작용할수있다. 임플란트를 이용한 국소의치는 해부학적 결함이나 이와 관 련된 요소가 존재할 때 이용 가능하다. 국소의치에서의 임플 란트의선택적인적용은의치의하중을잘견딜수있게한다. 또한조직내성에이점이있다. 임플란트를이용한국소의치의적응증은다음과같다. 1. 치조제가심하게흡수되어 다수임플란트 식립이어렵고, resin flange를통한적절한안면구조의지지가요구되는경우 2. 환자의 의학적 상태가 sinus augmentation, ridge split, onlay bone graft의침습적인수술치료를감당하기어려운경우 3. 생활력상실치, 심한치주질환에이환된치아또는지대치 로사용하기어려운잔존치만남아있는경우 4. 환자가총의치를거부하여moderately compromised teeth를잔 존시켜야하는경우 5. 이유형의보철을이행단계로이용하고단계적으로임플 란트보철로진행하고자하는경우 http://dx.doi.org/10.4047/jkap.2013.51.2.113 CASE REPORT
